When I was a little girl, my Uncle Fred Davis would tease me all the time about being a “city girl.” I would spend lots of time in Armuchee, GA in the summertime, as both of my parents worked - and my Grandmother, along with lots of Great Aunts and Uncles lived up there. I would spent the better part of the time on Turner’s Hill with Grandmommy and Aunt Ellen - but the rest of the time I would go from place to place. One of the neatest places to go was over to my Uncle Fred and Aunt Hazel’s farm. It was there that I learned that milk actually came from a COW and not from Pseudo Bush Hogging by ~RunsWithCrayons

How did I not find this website until now? LOL! Well, I am having a lot of fun with it anyway - still learning the ropes, but I appreciate all the favorites and adds to collections yesterday. Way cool! I am adding new stuff as I can dig them up - my files are spread across three external drives and a bunch of cds. LOL!

I am a 44 year old woman, trying to stumble through life while enjoying life's beautiful colors, contrasts, lighting scenarios, and subject matter. I love all forms of Art - but I mostly do sketches in graphite and colored pencil, asbtract paintings in Acrylic on canvas - mostly using paint knives, and I do TONS of photography...I love being outdoors, so nature and landscapes are my faves. I look forward to seeing all of the cool work from the wonderful artists here!
